The house has a distinct homely feel. Whether you have been for a round of golf, long walk along the beach or simply a touch of shopping you will find the house extremely comfortable to come back to. You will also experience the impressive panoramic views of the famous Links Old Course and West Sands beach whilst also overlooking the Swilken Bridge from the comfort of the couch in the lounge.
Ideally located only minutes walk to the centre of St Andrews where you will instantly be amongst the hustle and bustle of the shops, bars and restaurants. All parts of the university town are easily accessible by foot.
The house can accommodate 6 guests in 3 twin rooms, all with modern ensuite bathrooms. There is a large bright open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area ideal for relaxing and taking in the views. Well appointed throughout, including a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Parking is available for one car outside the property.

Summary: We had three couples staying and it felt like we were at home. The hosts were very welcoming and made our stay as seamless as possible. The view of the Old Course is unbeatable and the house had everything we needed for a week's stay. Plenty of room and very comfortable for all of us. Easily within walking distance of everything you need in St Andrews. I highly recommend this house for any group planning a visit to St Andrews for golf and everything else that St Andrews has to offer.

Summary: OK, rent this place, you can see the Swilcan bridge easily from the living room! The hosts were great at answering questions. Very prompt! Very accurate description of the property. We woke up every morning to watching golfers play the old course. Kitchen, showers, garage (for golf gear)… all great…. I hope to rent again in my lifetime.

Summary: Our family stayed a week at 1 Links Crescent and we could not have had a better experience. Traveling with young children (ages 6 and 4) can be a stressful experience, but Kerr and Suzanne removed any worries for us. After a long day of travel, they were very accommodating during the check-in process. The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed as a family for a comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to return here as a family and hope to do so in the future. If looking for a place to stay in St. Andrews (whether a family or a golfers' trip), I would look no further than 1 Links Crescent.
