This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two-bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV in every room, washer and dryer.

There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located across the street from condo for all of your shopping needs.

Summary: This was an amazing condo! Had everything needed and was so clean and decorated beautifully. Walking distance to everything. Having the beach chairs and wagon and umbrella was awesome. The long term residents were a wealth of information on where to eat! The pool was the best after a long day on the beach. I was so surprised to be greeted with cupcakes and a ballon for my birthday! I can’t wait to go back!
