Positive: The common areas were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The oceanfront view was awesome.
Negative: The AC from the above room dripped onto my balcony so I had to sit in the corner. The refrigerator froze everything I put in there. The shower soap dispenser had fallen off the wall. The check-in area is a nightmare for cars. The sand rakers have very bright lights and they start early around 5:00AM
Summary: Great view from ocean front rooms. Hotel needs some updating.

Positive: Multiple pools, kids loved the waterslides, bar on site, beach out the back door, mini movie theater. Staff were awesome, even when under stress
Negative: Silly little things ...the hand soap should be closer to the sink instead of the lotion. Unless you totally turn your body, the TP is tricky to reach. We kept it on the shelf with the towels

Negative: The only things that could have been better were that the elevator makes a strange noise so it may need service. The pillows and blankets for the pull out couch were not present in the room so we had to request them. Everything else was very good.

Positive: Everything was great! My kids enjoyed the pools. I enjoyed the bar. I appreciated that there were 3 different pools! Very kid and family friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The lobby smells so good! I love that the hotel provides Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and lotion!
Negative: The sliding doors to the balcony in our room were so hard to open. Elevators took a long time. We were on the 6th floor. We had a beach wagon but there was no ramp for it, so we had to carry it down the steps. But it was ok it wasn't that many steps but I'd rather there be a ramp for wagons and/or strollers/carts.
