Positive: Nicely done up apartment. Might be a little tight if travelling with many cases but for 3 users it's fine. Nice location, right in pedestrian area, though in Vratsa, anything is within walking distance anyway. NIce A/C. Playstation 5 available (never used it). Vratsa location is just excellent for hiking trails.

Negative: No lift. Should specify this, together with floor in building. Building entrance and surroundings very old. Don't know why owners insist on having an oven but not a dishwasher. Payment was a bit of a nightmare. Their portable card terminal did not work with my card. Be ready to find parking options nearby.

Negative: The common staircases are are extremely not maintained and with very bad smell from somewhere. Really ruining the experience. Also given how poor the hot water supply from the grid it is, a electrical boiler will be highly appreciated.

Positive: Absolutely loved our time there and the apartment! Cozy, comfortable, has everything needed and more! There is a small street behind the building where we were able to park. Even one of the neighbors advised us on which spot is better to park because of the falling leaves from the trees. The communication with the host was really easy and pleasant.

Positive: Everything was absolutely on point! Very newly refurbished with taste. Everything you may need for leisure or work was available and of high quality. Comfortable bed, clean throughout, little gestures (bottle of OJ and wine, TV with subscription streaming services).

Positive: The most well appointed and furnished apartment I have ever been in. Would loved to have spent more time here. Hosts left enough for breakfasts coffee fruit - no detail overlooked

Negative: Noise from late night teenagers at the small amusement park down the street. Closing the windows solved the problem - of course the windows were of the highest quality like everything else in the apartment.

Positive: The overall aspect of the property was so nice and welcoming. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The real challenge with this place is that you don’t really want to leave it, which can make it hard if you went there to visit the surroundings. We took long baths, played Mortal Kombat (kudos to the PS5) and even cooked a little. Its location is very good, too. It’s situated exactly in the centre which makes it the best place to stay if you want to prowl the city in the evening. It’s quite secure, too, as you can even lock the door to the building entrance. And you can enjoy your morning coffee on the small balcony with a view to the hills. To be honest, it’s a really cozy and compact place and we’d be sure to stay here again when we go back to Vratsa.
