Positive: Excellent location with an amazing view of Skaklya Waterfall, which can be enjoyed directly from the rooms. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was also a great experience, offering attentive service, delicious food, and beautifully presented dishes. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
Negative: The minibar was empty, and it would have been a nice touch to have at least a bottle of water provided in the room.

Positive: - The staff proactively called us before arrival to confirm the time - It was warm and clean - We were living very early so they packed us a breakfast to go
Negative: - No Internet password written at the room and with a reception working until 23.00 we didn't find it - No hairdryer
