Positive: Delightful vintage cabin tucked in amongst a rhododendron and mountain laurel filled neighborhood with winding streets, babbling brooks and ponds; truly a sanctuary. The screened in front porch is the perfect place to relax with a storybook view of a small clearing with a creek. very convenient to the charming downtown of Highlands. Well equipped kitchen, large dining table on the porch. Lovely furnishings and comfortable beds and linens.
Summary: Delightful vintage cabin in the Highlands, full of charm, comfortable and convenient to town.

Positive: We loved the screened in porch. the decor was amazing. Very clean and had all creature comforts and more. Beds very comfortable. So close to town. Rustic but lots of upgrades. Shower!!!!! And very Clean!
Negative: Even though we never used or wanted to use the TV, I believe many people would be upset if they didn't know the TV was not working until they got there. You should inform people that there is no TV. Also the dryer and washer were great. Dryer however was not hooked up as there was no 220 outlet. Might want to get that hooked up.
Summary: An amazing place to relax and enjoy the area!

Positive: The property is nicely furnished and the screened porch is really large and comfortable. It's pretty close to downtown Highlands, so a very short drive to most restaurants and shops.
Negative: The property was VERY musty smelling, to the point where it was difficult to sleep in the twin room. There were also a few cobwebs here and there, and it just seemed like no one had been there in a while when we went there.
