Summary: This is a beautiful house and very comfortable. The location is close enough to Highlands that you do not need to plan trips into town-just go as you like. Far enough from Highlands that it is as quiet as anyone can want. Recommended all around.

Summary: This was our second stay here, and we love it. It was a difficult time as we were arriving the week after Hurricane Helene. The host was very helpful in addressing any concerns we had about visiting, including updates on road statuses coming into Highlands. The house is perfect for families, and a very easy location to downtown. We will continue to stay here any time the house is available for future trips.

Summary: The house is about 5 minutes from the Highlands main street which is great. We had four adults who stayed, and the house was very comfortable. The owners provided wood so we had a nice fire in the fireplace.
