Positive: We booked both properties for an excellent price. They were perfect 2 bed apartments great spacious shower and bathrooms. En suite and family bathroom were great. The living area was nice with TV. The kitchen was good and we had cooking facilities. We slept very well in a super clean and tidy apartment.
Negative: Some of the cupboards in the one apartment were broken and nailed up. Kitchen was a bit shabby in places. The window also had a big crack in it in the one apartment.
Summary: Good value for money, confortable apartment in great location

Positive: Awesome location and parking facilities . Close to city centre and Cardiff bay. Shops nearby and secure location. Apartment is amazing and spacious with a very good layout. Felt like home from home instantly.
Negative: Didn't have enough towels and dining chairs a bit worn out.

Negative: I always use booking.com for our stays and never have complaints however the Communication was the worst. No details on booking.com. Contact Phone number I rang was blocked so couldn’t call the agent. Called 5 times. The location and hotel was another name and had to use a fob to get in which we didn’t have. I decided to use WhatsApp and I was sent a message back for me to text. They didn’t even call. The hotel where unit was not mentioned. We were driving and walking going from hotel to hotel to find the name of the apartment. Finally received a text. Get into the hotel one towel for 2 people. No tea towel. 1/2 roll of toot paper for two days in our bathroom. Couldn’t find cutlery which was stuffed with other items in a messy cupboard. Had to find two towels in the cleaners bags. Some coffee cups in cupboard are chipped. The freezer is frozen over and cannot use. We can deal with most of the above but the communication was the worst. The interest also did not work at all for 4users.
Summary: The unit is great but needs a good reorganisation. The owner or agent requires some training in customer service. up.

Negative: Communications msg numerous times to ask jf we could access the property earlier due to my son doing the park run and hopefully to have a shower before the 16.00 arrival time. No response and did not get the details sent over to access property till 16.45 which made us very anxious as we had paid in full and it was worrying that we had not heard from them had to leave property at 10am which is very early they said it was for cleaners so how does it take 10am till 4.45 to clean a small flat?

Negative: Really needed a deep clean, smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Windows were all open as we arrived but couldn’t shift the stink of cigarettes. Yellow staining everywhere from smoke. Filthy cupboards in bathrooms. The address they gave me was changed just before we checked in - thank god a local helped redirect us as we’d never have found it - no human contact throughout. Never replied to text or calls. The accommodation & location you see on the description & photos is NOT what you get when you arrive.
Summary: Dirty, not what I booked.
