Summary: Hallways had a weird smell and carpets were stained, elevators were old and slow. Staff was very friendly though

Summary: The walls where dirty as long as you went down to the counter they were very helpful. If you called them on the phone, you constantly get put on, hold. And it was very horrible experience i don't even know if I was talking to anyone. It was actually in the hotel it seemed like they were off sight. And unable to help me.

Summary: Mediocre at best. Rooms need a total overhaul. Outdated and falling apart room interiors, bedroom was so moist that there were water droplets on the walls and the bedding was damp, even with the air cranked up.

Summary: Requested for bath towels early morning around 7am am and was advised will have someone brought up in few minutes. Waited roughly 1/2 hr and had to call back again and then was told that they did not have any towels left and had no choice other than to wait until housekeeping staff arrives at 9am..

Summary: Rooms were clean. No blinds in window. Conditioner was solid as a rock and impossible to get out. No vending machines for snacks or drinks in the entire hotel.

Summary: The staff was not friendly at all. It felt like a big inconvenience for them to help you with anything so we really tried to not ask for much bc they was rude. They did not have breakfast bc the kitchen was closed as well as the restaurant wich would have been nice to know when booking the room bc we pay for breakfast an are expecting that when checking in. Rooms was okay nothing special felt very outdated. Pool an hottub was the best part about the trip. I did not see any bugs so thats always a plus. Ohh an the key cards kept on messing up so always hafting to get new ones.
