Summary: Staff was amazing. Food was not appealing or tasteful for to pay for it. My room was amazing but TV’s hardly showed working channels and my bathroom sink I noticed after awhile was clogged up and no matter how many times I’ve asked, no one has came to fix it. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Summary: Upon arrival, the hotel grounds were noticeably unkempt, with trash scattered around the exterior. Additionally, there were guests smoking marijuana at the front entrance, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The first room I was assigned had a non-functioning heater, so the front desk manager moved me to a different room. While the second room did have working heat, the toilet did not flush properly, making the stay inconvenient and disappointing overall
