Summary: Stayed 5 nights and cleaning staff did not provide service the entire stay. We had to ask for clean towels and soap as it ran out. And also toilet tissue.

We particularly recognized Ms. Tia as a shining star on your team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. (truly stood out, positive attitude/professional respect), in addition, from the moment we arrived, staff (maids-cleaning service) was welcoming, and attentive. Note: I usually don't rely on reviews and ignore vague complaints. I believe some guests just highlight isolated incidents or having too unrealistic expectations. Sincerely, J.
