Summary: Wonderful recent stay. Visited with our 4mth old baby and hotel staff could not have been more helpful and understanding. Cot was placed in room, we were situated in the corner of the restaurant with space for baby’s bassinet at dinner and the whole team were wonderful with assisting with bags etc. I called in advance to check if baby would be welcome in the dining room and was reassured that was fine. We dined a little earlier to try minimise disruption to other diners bur baby was ok and the team were again great. Dinner importantly was wonderful! As was breakfast! The room was a great size for travelling with a baby, and the bathroom looked recent refurbished. No fridges in the room, but hospitality trays with kettles available on request. The grounds were gorgeous - beautiful gardens which were lovely for a walk around.

Summary: Lovely hotel with traditional styling in a beautiful building with lovely gardens and views. We stayed here for one night following a celebratory meal for our daughter’s wedding. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food excellent. Our room was in the garden cottage with view out to the gardens. Really enjoyed the experience, thank you
