Positive: The cottage was super clean and cozy, comfortable beds, a kitchen stocked with the basic things you need, a cute little private patio out back with beautiful gardening, close to just about everything, and the hosts were over the top sweet! I have to say, I’ve never had hosts this accommodating! We were here for my son‘s facial reconstruction surgery at the hospital close by, and Mrs Beatris is truly an angel sent by God! She even brought us food a couple times during our 2 wk stay, which was delicious, as we had missed many meals during this traumatic time for us!! Absolutely, my favorite place I’ve ever rented, hands-down!! ;) I honestly can’t say enough about this place and the hosts!! These people have restored my faith in humanity during such a trying time for our family!
Negative: There’s really nothing not to like about this property!
Summary: A super comfortable stay for 2 weeks while my son was in the hospital 9 hours from home!

Positive: This was a perfect little cottage very near everything we needed at West Palm Beach. Our host was exceptional! She made sure we had everything we needed, and we enjoyed talking with her very much! Our stay was lovely, and we'd definitely come back.
Negative: The air conditioning units were a bit noisy. Bring ear plugs or a sound machine, and you'll be fine! Other than that, it truly was a lovely stay.

Negative: The second floor makes a lot of noise at all hours I woke up due to the noise. The bedroom air conditioning was very noisy. There is no space for groceries. I had problems with internet several days but the owner reimburse me for that trouble.

Positive: Ms Beatriz and Mr Mez are the best host! We were welcomed with some muffins, ice cream and bottled water! Everything we needed was provided including beach towels! The cottage is cute and cozy and it is surrounded by tropical plants. Since her next guests won’t be arriving until next 2 days, she even offered for us to stay extra day if we wanted to!
Negative: The ac is a bit loud and the people upstairs have heavy feet but it’s very minor and was overcome by the accommodation we received
