Positive: Really cozy and very clean apartment. Located great for Downtown West Palm Beach. Had everything I wanted for a self catering holiday. The owner, Beatriz, is really friendly and helpful, and made sure that I was happy with everything when I checked-in. I am already looking to return next year.

Positive: Іncredibly amazing house. Met all our standards, even exceeded all expectations. location - excellent! The house is in the heart of West Palm Beach. Charming beach and Ocean with snow-white clean sand. Restaurants, Shopping. However, the most wonderful thing is the of the house - Owner Biatriz. Incredibly beautiful 😻 Attentive, exceptionally to all details. Tactful and noble. In addition to the entire period of stay in a magical place, we found new friends. the next trip will be to the “Mermaid”. We recommend, guaranteed 10 stars. ✨ All Respect, Svetlana

Positive: B and Mez were very friendly and accommodating. i like that i was close to everything. room was comfortable. they have really nice plants all around the property and they were maintained very well. i would stay again.
Negative: the sofas were uncomfortable. to be fair, i am 6.1 and 240lbs.

Positive: I booked this property for my husband and his sister to visit sick family in West Palm Beach. They both said it was comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated and convenient to where they needed to go. It was affordable, easy to book and the owner was accommodating, responsive and very friendly. Due to their ill parents in West Palm Beach, they will be visiting again in the future. When they are, I will first look to see if we can book here again before searching for other accommodations.
Negative: Couldn’t quite figure out the lock box to return the key upon checkout, so informed owner and left the key on kitchen table. However, this difficulty may have been more due to personal fatigue/stress/exhaustion from visiting sick parents vs a real issue with the lockbox.
Summary: Pleasant, comfortable,convenient and affordable place to stay in West Palm Beach.

Positive: The accommodations, location, amenities... everything was outstanding!! Parking was great; the grounds were so pretty and the apartment was decorated with great care and taste! It was super clean with plenty of AC! A full size washer and dryer was also on premises. The linens were clean and crisp; beds were super comfy; everything that was needed was provided: Full Size refrigerator, stove/oven, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, toaster, coffee pot, Espresso Machine, Electric Tea pot, Paper products, Sundries, WiFi, etc.... everything you could need and more was provided ! The hosts were incredible! Superb! Super professional, friendly, polite and attentive... always with a smile. Loved this place. Close to the beach, Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, etc... We Loved it! We Will Return!

Positive: Awesome apartment, beautiful plants and landscape. Host provided excellent muffins for breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, it was a huge bonus to have 2 full bathrooms. The location was ok, could have been better, the area surrounding the property was depressed. A few blocks away and the location improved significantly.
