Summary: Property is beautiful but the one we originally booked had a maintenance issues and we had to locate to this property. The stairs were extremely too difficult to travel up and down on each floor. There was no where to sit on both balconies. No tvs in the rooms but overall beautiful property. Wished i had another option because of the stairs were alot.

Summary: Overall property is very nice. Kitchen trash bins were full of trash when we arrived. Requested WiFi code. Reported to host, but no response. Lastly, car stolen and a car was broken into in front of house. Requested host to share security camera footage to aide in investigation, security footage not provided.

Summary: The parking was slim to none. You have to find a parking spot and if you can’t park close, you will have to walk. The towels and bed covers weren’t clean. Other than that, it was a beautiful townhome in a great location.

Summary: The townhome is beautiful and I truly enjoyed it for my birthday trip! Some things impacted the rating, such as the dryer not getting hot enough to dry clothes, a WIFI outage while I was working, check-in instructions did not arrive until a few hours before check-in (which is way too late), there were absolutely no curtains downstairs so neighbors can see straight into the unit, no TVs in the bedrooms and the remote downstairs did not work, would have loved a full-sized mirror somewhere, there is limited parking, and I did not receive any responses via Expedia when attempting to contact the host. However, he was very responsive via phone/text. I also loved the neighbors and their help with local recommendations. I would stay here again!

Summary: Had a great 10 night stay at this luxury townhome. Very close to all the great areas in Charlotte. 10 minutes to the Bank of America Stadium and Uptown. Everything was brand new and although no assigned parking we never had an issue finding a spot right in front. Plenty of room and large spacious bathrooms. Kitchen is a little short of cooking supplies but we didn’t cook much so that wasn’t an issue. Great communication with host. He immediately sent someone to change battery in smoke detector that kept beeping.
