Our House is 1800 square feet and sits on 1/3 of an acre in quiet Charlotte neighborhood. Relax in the carpeted living room with large sectional and facing love seat. Lift the drop leaf dining table to set up for a formal meal or grab a snack in the eat in kitchen before heading out on the town. The pantry/laundry room is just off the kitchen and has washer and dryer with built in ironing board and iron. Master with queen and private bathroom. Guest room 1 and 2 with queen and separate bath across hall. A fenced back yard is accessible by two gates or through the pantry or sliding door. Pet friendly house.
My place is close to Carowinds Amusement Park, Hornets Basketball, Panthers Football, Great Restaurants and Dining, Golf Courses, Public Transport, SouthPark Mall, NODA Breweries and Uptown Nightlife.

Summary: The home is so beautiful and cozy! My husband, son and fur baby stayed and we truly enjoyed ourselves! The home is roomy, cozy, and a healing environment. Walkable neighborhood and everyone is friendly! We will be back and will refer!

Summary: The house was large and well stocked. Already spoke to the owner about the wireless internet. It kept dropping and then reconnecting due to weak signal, needs a signal booster. This happened even when only having one cell phone and iPad connected to the wireless but not being used. Everything else was excellent and would recommend this location.

Summary: This is a beautiful house in a very nice neighborhood. The house is very large. We had 6 people and did not ever feel cramped. Plenty of room to relax. The kids loved all the games in the game closet. It is in a great location as well. Easy to get to everything. Thank you for a great visit!

Summary: The property was an older well maintained 3b/2 rancher (no ceiling fans) (master bathroom faucet very hard to use) with fenced backyard. The property is across from a small half public / private lake with picnic benches. The only complaints were the front lock is hard to use without instructions and the driveway is very steep and half blocked with the owners old vehicle. Absolutely planning to stay again.

Summary: This is an outstanding property. Only thing wrong was not having a wine opener with leverage but that did not stand in the way of having a glass of wine. We visited with our two dogs and this house was very dog friendly and even had sheets to cover a couch if you wanted the pup to watch TV with you. I never stayed at a property that had free Netflix but they did at this property. I hunt to find a lot to say other than well done. and we are former hosts so we know the effort it takes to make a property a great stay.Really this was a great stay.

Summary: House was in a convenient area. Well stocked. A few items that were noticed, master shower drain slow, I repaired, swinging door in kitchen almost off it's hinges, dogs next door not friendly and very loud, loved the deer in the back yard.

Summary: This is a great location in the area. Quiet neighborhood with small lake to walk to. House was good for a family with kids. The host was very prompt with his replies to my questions etc.

Summary: The master bath sink doesn't work. There's water the shower and toilet but none in the sink. We've stayed at this house three times over the last three years and this issue hasn't been fixed. You should know before you book. It's not that big of a deal to us. It's inconvenient but there is only two of us. A large group might have a problem. We enjoy staying in this house. We visit our grands. The house is comfortable. The owners are great. There's a little lake down the road. There's a fenced yard. We will probably stay again someday.
